Multiple Sclerosis (MS) rehabilitation at Aleris Rehab Station
Since the start, in 1987, has more than 150 individuals every year with the diagnosis Multiple Sclerosis undergone rehabilitation in our programs. We offer active rehabilitation on a daily basis due to your individual needs. The multiple sclerosis care consists of a collaboration between traditional health care and rehabilitation. All experience point towards the importance of rehabilitation for patients with multiple sclerosis, in order to be able to live an enjoyable life.

Our courses and programs
Rehab Station Stockholm consists of two teams, Frösundavik and Liljeholmen, both specialized in multiple sclerosis. Our programs vary between physical training, theoretic time, lectures, discussion groups, group activities and individual sessions. A program normally extends up to 10 weeks, 3 days/week.
We also invite your next of kin to different sessions, since it is our ambition to also fulfil their needs for information.
MS, The theme course
This course is for you who recently have been diagnosed with MS, or who have not prior participated in any rehabilitation program and is prepared to take a first step. The course conveys information and a feeling of togetherness with others in a simular situation.
MS, The individual program
This course is for you who is in need of individual and intensive rehabilitation. It may be your first contact with rehabilitation, but you may also have been part of some kind of rehabilitation before. The program is adjusted to your needs and wishes.
MS, The work related program
This program works as a separate program or as a continuation of other programs we offer. The purpose is, with support from the team, to facilitate return to work.
