After putting a block on a page (under Content in Main Content Area), blocks is displayed in an Automatic setting. This can be changed and a block can be displayed in the following width for desktop and tablet:
For mobile the options are 100 and 50 %
if you want a block across the entire browser user "browser", else use "grid" and the block will be placed within the design frame.
